Overview

Micro-learnings are a great option for learning in many companies and scenarios when a full elearning course may not solve the performance gap or in addition to the elearning course. This infographic outlines the arguments for using a microlearning approach and gives other examples and tips to develop successful learning experiences. This document would best be used by and for Instructional Designers and the L&D department to help IDs best design and develop micro-learnings and also for IDs to show SMEs and other stakeholders the value of these resources as they give their learning recommendations.
